Fly the Kite to Generate Enough Power to Get up on Your Kiteboard

The best thing is to try a small dive across the top of the wind window and see how much power you get.  If you need more you can dive the kite harder the next time.  When you are under powered you might have to do an agressive, fast dive all the way to the water to get enough power.  On another day when you are powered up if you use the same super dive you will probably get thrown over the board.  So, by doing a small test dive at the beginning of each attempt, you can determine the right amount of dive for the days changing conditions.  If you are too aggressive you may end up with water up your nose and directionally body dragging back to the board.
